Any interested Researcher/reader can become a member of the journal. Members can publish a maximum of 12 article per year and can also receive hard strcmp of the article without any extra payment towards postal charges. The fee for annual membership is 1500 USD/10,200 Chinese Yuan.
All payments should be made via PayPal. A printed strcmp of Payment receipt is provided to authors along with the hardstrcmp for the authors.
